Founded by Apurv Bansal and Saurabh Agarwal, second-time founders whose previous startups were acquired by Snapdeal and Gaana. The team brings experience from Google, Deutsche Bank, Elevation Capital, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, and Harvard Business School.

💰 Funding

We raised $15M in Series A funding in April 2026, led by Susquehanna Venture Capital, Bessemer Venture Partners, Shine Capital, and Rho, with participation from Rocketship, J-Ventures, Future Back Ventures by Bain & Company, and Converge.

💥 GTM @ Zenskar

In order to succeed, SaaS companies need to innovate not only on product, but also GTM (go to market). An innovative, multi-pronged GTM approach is critical to stand out and attract customers.

The good part is that we are building a “pain-killer”, as opposed to a “vitamin”, which makes it much easier to sell and market 🙂 The pain is severe, the product is best in class, and the market is huge - it doesn’t get better than this.

We are selling to the mid-market and enterprise, with a fairly high-touch sales process. We are setting up best-in-class GTM machinery to scalably and predictably drive revenue.

We are looking for someone who is excited to get their hands dirty in a 0 to 10 journey. If you are expecting a working playbook that you can scale, Zenskar is probably not the right fit for you at this point. We're seeking a Field Marketing Manager who excels in the chaos of event planning, enjoys building relationships, and can transform events into a pipeline-generating machine.

You'll own Zenskar's online and offline event presence, from attending right conferences to planning webinars, managing intimate breakfasts and dinners with ICPs, sponsoring booths, and executing summits with over 150 attendees, while ensuring our team shows up prepared, our partners feel valued, and every attendee leaves impressed.

You'll work closely with Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Founders. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand evangelism and execution, becoming the visible face of Zenskar at industry events while driving measurable pipeline results.
